Designing
Every piece begins as a sketch — form, motif and proportion worked out before a gram of silver is touched.
Rolling
Raw silver is rolled into sheets and wires of precise thickness, the base material for everything that follows.
Spinning
Sheets are spun on the lathe into hollow forms — bowls, vessels and bases take their first shape here.
Casting
Intricate details are cast from moulds, capturing fine relief work that would be near-impossible by hand alone.
Soldering
Individual components are joined with precision, seam by seam, into a single unified piece.
Assembling
Handles, finials and fittings come together, and the piece takes on its final structural form.
Polishing
Every surface is worked to its finish — oxidised depth or mirror shine, exactly as designed.
Quality Checking
A final, strict inspection — including hallmark melting checks — before anything is cleared for dispatch.
