8. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Delivery timelines communicated by Voice of Silver are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

Delays may occur due to circumstances including:

• Raw-material availability;
• Transportation issues;
• Weather or natural events;
• Government restrictions;
• Customs or regulatory procedures;
• Strikes or operational disruptions; or
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

Risk and responsibility for goods during transportation shall be governed by the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order or agreed shipping terms.

9. INSPECTION & PRODUCT DISCREPANCIES

Customers should inspect products promptly upon delivery.

Any shortage, visible damage, incorrect product or material discrepancy should be reported to Voice of Silver within the period specified in the applicable invoice, quotation or commercial agreement.

Where no specific period has been stated, customers should notify Voice of Silver as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the goods.

Claims should include relevant order details and supporting photographs or documentation where applicable.

10. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Because Voice of Silver primarily operates on a B2B and wholesale basis, returns, cancellations and replacements are subject to the terms applicable to the specific order.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Confirmed orders may not be cancelled after production has commenced.
